GUESS THE LEAVES COMPETITION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter is AQUEA Pty. Ltd. (ABN 98 552 291 934) of U12, 22–24 Redland Drive, Mitcham, Victoria, Australia 3132.

2. Promotion Details

• Promotion Name: Guess The Leaves Competition
• Location: SPLASH! Expo 2026 – Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, QLD
• Promotion Period: 9.30am on 9/08/2026 until 4.00pm on 20/08/2026 (AEST)

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.
• Limit of one (1) entry per person.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must during the promotion period:

1. Visit the promoter’s stand;
2. Complete the online entry form to submit:
   • Their guess of the number of leaves in the SWINGLOC basket; and
   • Required contact details (name, email, phone).

Entry is free, and no purchase is required.

5. Game of Skill

• This is a game of skill, not chance.
• The winner will be the entrant whose guess is closest to the actual number of leaves in the SWINGLOC basket without exceeding the actual number of leaves.
• Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Weber® Baby Q® Premium Barbeque. Total prize value: AUD $399 (incl. GST).

Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded. If the stated prize is unavailable, the promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Determination

The winning entry will be determined on 25/08/2026 at AQUEA in Mitcham, Victoria. The count will be verified and recorded by the promoter at the end of the promotion.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 business days of determination. The winner’s name may be published on AQUEA’s social media channels.

9. Prize Claim

The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification. If unclaimed, the promoter reserves the right to select the next closest valid entry.

10. Entry Verification

The promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify entrant identity and eligibility;
• Disqualify entries that:
  • Are incomplete, inaccurate or misleading;
  • Appear fraudulent or automated;
  • Do not comply with these T&Cs.

11. Privacy & Marketing Consent

Information collected will be used to administer this offer and for related business and marketing purposes, in line with AQUEA’s Privacy Policy. Entrants can opt out at any time via unsubscribe link or by contacting the promoter.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not responsible for:

• Late, lost, or misdirected entries;
• Technical issues with the online form;
• Any loss or damage suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Publicity

The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity (e.g. photo, social post), without additional compensation, unless prohibited.

14. General

The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

15. Third-Party Disclaimer (Weber)

This promotion is conducted solely by the promoter and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Weber-Stephen Products LLC, Weber Australia, or any related entities.

The Weber Baby Q Barbeque is used as a prize only. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
